Bouton Jones is a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst with more than 10 years of professional experience in full-time web application development. His work focuses on practical digital accessibility across web applications, Microsoft Office documents, and PDFs.
He has presented multiple accessibility sessions at conferences (including John Slatin AccessU, the Adobe ColdFusion Summit, the Texas Association of Municipal Information Officers, and the e-Records Conference) and government workgroups (such as the Capital Area Council of Governments’ GIS Planning Council and the City of Austin’s Digital Accessibility Compliance Project.
Bouton has also participated in Knowbility’s Accessibility Internet Rally and served on the advisory committee and as a mentor to several development teams.

Who Can Represent Me?
When I am looking for employment, I prefer to work with a small number of recruiters and vendors whom I have worked with in the past. However I will consider proposals from recruiters and vendors who are new to me.
But Please Note: Third party HR professionals --- including vendors, recruiters, headhunters, and staffing companies --- must receive my explicit permission before submitting my resume to clients and hiring managers. I require the client name and a job description before agreeing to be submitted. It is my policy to work with only one vendor for each opportunity. (i.e., I do not want to be submitted by multiple vendors.) That is in everyone's best interest.
If you don't trust me with the name of the client, I will not work with you.
What Compensation Am I Seeking?
This is one of the first questions --- if not the first question --- that I am often asked by recruiters. I prefer to discuss compensation after addressing the position requirements, my qualifications, whether the opportunity is remote, and whether the job location requires travel.
